There are days when we simply do not care about the calories, and this cake will definitely cause you to be in that day. A chocolate cake that melts in the mouth is our favorite dessert for the weekend. Read the procedure, look at the video and immediately enter the kitchen – you will not regret it.

Required Ingredients:

For dough:

  • 9 whites
  • 9 egg yolks
  • A cup of sugar
  • 1 cup white flour
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

For the filling:

  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 200g cooking cream
  • 400g strawberries, cut in half
  • 2 cups chocolate glaze

Method of preparation:

Beat egg whites with a mixer just and when they are nicely whipped, add the egg whites and continue to mix. Add sugar and mix well again. Add flour and cocoa and combine the mixture. Pour the mixture into a mold with a bottom which is removed, previously greased with butter and flour. Put it in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.

In a pan over low heat put the condensed milk, butter and cocoa. Mix constantly until the mixture begins to separate itself from the side walls. Add the cream for cooking and leave the pan still a little on a low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is joined. Cut the upper part of the cake and remove the dough from the inside, so that only the bottom and side walls will remain, and the upper part will serve as a lid.

Mix the strawberries into the already cooled filling and pour it into the cake. Apply with the top of the cake and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Pour the cake with chocolate glaze and serve.
